1. Introduction

Rushlane (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online ordering and delivery platform. The Rushlane Dashboard app lets registered vendors manage their store, products, orders, earnings, and related operations.

By creating a vendor account or using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to:

Vendor / store owners and authorized staff using Rushlane Dashboard
Information processed through the app in connection with store operations

Customer-facing privacy for end users placing orders is covered separately on app.rushlane.in/privacy-policy.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Account & store information

Name, email address, phone number, and login credentials
Store name, address, business details, and profile information
Registration and verification details needed to activate your vendor account

3.2 Business & order operations data

Product catalog details (names, prices, descriptions, availability, variations)
Product images you upload from your device gallery
Incoming and historical order details needed to accept, prepare, and fulfill orders
Customer delivery address / location details shown for fulfillment (as provided by the platform)
Earnings, settlements, and related wallet / payout activity visible in the dashboard

3.3 Device & app usage data

Device type, OS version, and app version for compatibility and support
Push notification tokens to send order alerts and operational notifications
Local app preferences stored on your device (for example kitchen busy status and session state)
Crash / diagnostic information when needed to improve reliability

3.4 Permissions the app may request

Photos / media: to upload product images
Notifications: to alert you about new orders and important store events
Audio: to play order alert sounds when a new order arrives

You can revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without them.

4. How we use your information

Provide and operate the vendor dashboard and related Rushlane services
Authenticate accounts and protect against unauthorized access
Process and display orders, products, and store settings
Send push notifications and in-app alerts for new or updated orders
Calculate and display earnings, commissions, and related business metrics
Provide customer support and respond to account requests
Improve app performance, security, and user experience
Comply with legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and regulatory obligations

6. Data retention

We keep account, order, and business records for as long as your vendor relationship continues and as needed for operations, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Local device data can usually be cleared by signing out or uninstalling the app.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information transmitted and stored in connection with the app. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices & rights

Access or update store/profile information from the app where available
Control notification permissions in device settings
Request account/store deletion by contacting support (see below)
Ask questions about how your vendor data is handled

To delete your store account, email support@app.rushlane.in from your registered email and include your store name. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

9. Children’s privacy

Rushlane Dashboard is intended for business use by adult vendors and authorized staff. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
